Applications:  Each occupant age 18 or over must submit a separate application.

Applicants will be subject to an extensive background check.  Applicants must have clean rental history and be able to verify income of at least 3x monthly rent.  Applicants with prior evictions will be declined.  Credit and criminal history will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Applicants will be declined for recent or violent criminal offenses.  Applicants with poor credit may be declined or asked to provide additional security.
